As leading experts in the field of integrated SuDS design and climate resilience, with 25 years of delivering environmental and community-led design projects, the team at Robert Bray Associates are passionate about sharing our knowledge and empowering others to design schemes that respond creatively to the challenges of climate change, health and well-being, and impacts on the environment.

Our Trainers

Training is provided by our most experienced SuDS designers and directors including Bob Bray, Judith Puckmayr and Kevin Barton, each able to bring a wealth of knowledge from designing and delivering numerous sucessful and award-winning projects.

Covid-19

We continue to offer our courses via Teams or Zoom and these include interactivity and break-out room exercises where appropriate as well as encouragement to ask questions and discuss ideas in order to get the most value out of our trainers' expertise.

Training Experience

Previous clients benefitting from our expert training and masterclasses include the following:

  • Kevin and Bob deliver the CIRIA 'Designing SuDS' courses alongside representatives from McCloy Consulting.
  • Bob and Judith continue to deliver an ongoing series of highly regarded retrofit highway SuDS training sessions for the GLA and TfL, open to all London boroughs, through Urban Design London.
  • Kevin and Bob delivered a suite of SuDS in Wales training sessions to each authority, for the Welsh Government, delivered through CIRIA alongside representatives from McCloy Consulting.
  • Kevin delivered SuDS training to all district councils within Hertfordshire for the county council, alongside McCloy Consulting.
  • Eastleigh Borough Council - biodiversity and amenity planning evaluation.
  • Lectures and workshops at the University of the West of England (UWE), Kingston University, Greenwich University and Sheffield University.
  • Specialist training to the RSPB and National Trust.
  • Peterborough Council - Highway SuDS training.
  • Buckinghamshire Council - General SuDS training.
